We represent landlords seeking to remove someone from their real property. From serving the initial notice, through trial, and post-trial proceedings, we've handled many cases during the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to represent clients post-pandemic.  We also represent tenants who believe they are being wrongfully removed from their residence.

We offer notary services to the general public by appointment only.  A Notary Public verifies only the identity of the individual who signed the document and not the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of that document. (*Notarization does not create an attorney-client relationship.)

Upon request, we have also represented individuals in estate planning, minor traffic matters, Chapter 7 bankruptcies, and other cases.
